Native Italian, fluent English and German. For multilingual events (Russian or Arabic-speaking clients) we can arrange an interpreter on request.

Can I choose the flower colours?

Yes. For weddings we coordinate with you: colour palette, flower type (white roses, lilies, peonies), ivory or gold drapes — all matched to your theme.

What if the event runs late?

The chauffeur stays until the very end, with no closing time. Extra hours are charged at CHF 100/h (S-Class Long) or CHF 120/h, only if they exceed the booked package.

Can I cancel if I change my mind?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the event. Between 48h and 24h: 30% of the total. Under 24h: 50%. No-show: 100%. Specific terms apply for weddings.
