Data collected
We collect personal data strictly necessary to provide you with the requested services and to manage our chauffeur-rental activity.
- Booking form — full name, email, phone, journey details (origin, destination, date and time, number of passengers, luggage, optional flight number, special notes). Provision is optional but necessary to receive the quote and written confirmation.
- Direct communications — when you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we only collect the data you provide to us voluntarily.
- Service data — pickup and drop-off location, any stops, actual times, invoiced amount. Necessary for carrying out the transport.
- Technical server logs — IP address, browser type, language, pages visited, date and time of access. Retained for a maximum of 30 days to ensure the technical security of the site and prevent abuse.
Purposes of processing
The data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:
- Execution of the transport service (quote, confirmation, pickup, operational communications)
- Invoicing and accounting compliance
- Compliance with Swiss legal and tax obligations
- Site security and prevention of unauthorised access
- Response to information requests or complaints
We do not use your data for marketing activities, nor do we transfer it to third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the following legal grounds, pursuant to the Swiss FADP (Art. 31) and EU GDPR (Art. 6) for European visitors:
- Performance of the contract — to respond to the booking request and provide the transport.
- Legal obligation — for the retention of invoicing data required by the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 958f CO).
- Legitimate interest — for the technical security of the site and the prevention of abuse.
- Consent — when you write to us spontaneously or entrust us with additional information not strictly necessary for the service.
Disclosure to third parties
Personal data is not sold, transferred for marketing purposes or shared with third parties outside the cases listed here:
- Technical service providers — site hosting, professional email. Selected on the basis of reliability criteria and contractually bound to confidentiality.
- Competent authorities — only in the presence of a legal obligation (e.g. request from the Police or the Judicial Authority).
- External resources loaded by the browser — the site uses some resources loaded from content delivery networks (CDN). When you visit the site, your browser communicates directly with the servers of such providers and transmits your IP address:
- Google Fonts
- Google Ireland Ltd. — loading of Cinzel, Cormorant Garamond and Manrope typefaces. policies.google.com/privacy
- jsDelivr CDN
- Cloudflare / Fastly — open-source library Flatpickr for date and time selection in the booking form. jsdelivr.com/terms/privacy-policy
Data retention
Data is retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes indicated above:
- Booking and invoicing data — 10 years, as required by Art. 958f CO (obligation to retain Swiss accounting documents).
- Email and WhatsApp communications — up to 5 years from the last contact, unless early deletion is requested.
- Technical server logs — maximum 30 days.
- Information requests without booking — up to 24 months.
At the end of the retention period, data is deleted or anonymised.
Rights of the data subject
At any time, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data you have provided to us and obtain a copy
- Request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request the deletion of data, subject to legal retention obligations
- Object to processing on legitimate grounds
- Request data portability in a structured format (for EU visitors)
